Indiana Integrity Rental Application
Pay Application Fee Online
All adults over the age of 18 must fill out the application and sign the lease agreement – no exceptions. Applicants who are 20 years of age or younger must have a co-signer that meet all application criteria and be willing to sign the lease agreement. Housing costs cannot exceed 1/3 of monthly income. We must receive favorable returns on credit history, background checks, and previous rental references.
An application will automatically be denied for the following: any prior eviction history, unacceptable criminal history or rental references, inadequate income, ownership of unacceptable canine breeds, falsification of application or documentation, and any other reason the management company sees fit outside of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, familial status, and disability.

Indiana Integrity Pet Policy:
There will be a $200.00 non-refundable pet fee up front. A $25.00 fee per pet is assessed each moth in addition to regular base rent. Some properties are pet friendly and others are not. Please inquire about the specific property you are interested in. Rabbits, birds, reptiles, mice, rats, and snakes are not allowed. Fish takes are limited to 20 gallons. Cats must be 1 year old, declawed, litter trained and spayed/neutered. Dogs must be over 1 year old and house broken – some properties have weight restrictions.
The following breeds are not allowed for insurance reasons: Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chows Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, and Siberian Huskies.
*If you have a service animal and/or an emotional support animal, proper documentation must be provided from a healthcare professional
in writing, (1) that the resident or a member of his or her family is a person with a disability; (2) the need for the animal to assist the person with that specific disability; and (3) that the animal actually assists the person with a disability.
We will not accept online registrations as proof of emotional support animals – documentation must come from a reputable healthcare professional.
Authorization:
By typing your full name below and submitting the application, you certify that the above information is correct and you authorize Indiana Integrity to conduct a thorough credit investigation, including information as to character, reputation, and financial responsibility. You agree that Indiana Integrity is not liable in any respect if your application is terminated by reason of falsity of statements, answers, or omissions made by you on this application. You acknowledge that Indiana Integrity does not guarantee a spot until a security deposit is received. A spot will be held for five (5) business days upon approved application and received deposit. You acknowledge that any application fees and security deposits paid are non-refundable. If you fail to sign a lease agreement and move in within the five (5) business days allotted, your spot is not guaranteed and security deposit is forfeited.
Before applications are processed, a $25.00 application fee must be received by Indiana Integrity via cash, money order, or online via Venmo - @indianaintegrity.
Once the application fee is received, a minimum of two business days is allotted for an approval or denial.
